Club Registration Date is June 17th, 2009 - Mountain View High School from 4:00 to 8:00pm

Registration fees are: $460.00 for a full year - this is for the younger players

High school players are $230.00

Second player for a family is $414.00 (20% discount) for the year

Third player for a family is 50% discount for the year.

Player Assistance deadline is June 12th, 2009.  All applications must be turned into the office by this date for committee review.

Requirements for registration are:

Bring a photo (head shot) of the player - passport style photo

Bring a birth certificate COPY if they are new to TSA
